JRD-HDT-48 Crimper

GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Equivalent to HDT-48-00 Crimp Tool
2. 4-way 8-impression indent crimping
3. Fixed with a non-removable adjustable positioner
4. JRD-HDT-48 is widely used for solid contacts (12#,16#,20#)
5. Wire crimp range: 12AWG (3.33mm²) to 22AWG (0.32mm²)


CRIMPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the contact and prepare the wire through the indenter from the opposite side
2. Squeeze the handles together until ratchet releases. Then the handle will return to its open position automatically

DRK-RT1 Pick Removal Tool

  • The DRK-RT1 is a removal pick for the DT Series.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Removing Socket Contacts
Step 1: Place the flat end under the plastic part, then lift it evenly and remove it from the joint.
Step 2: Place the flat end in the snap position on the socket inside the plastic part and slowly lift it up.
Step 3: From the end of the wire, pull the wire and remove the socket.
Removing Pin Contacts
Step 1: Rotate the other end with the claws by 90° to hook the plastic piece and pull it straight out of the connector.
Step 2: Place the flat end in the snap position on the socket inside the plastic part and slowly lift it up.
Step 3: Pull the wire from the end of the wire and take the pin out.
